At Healthlink Services LLC, transportation trips are scheduled in advance, and resources are reserved specifically for each passenger. Late cancellations can prevent us from accepting other transportation requests and may result in unrecoverable costs.

Cancellation Notice

Customers may cancel or reschedule a transportation reservation at no charge when we receive at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled pickup time.

Late Cancellation Fee

A $70 late cancellation fee will apply to cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

The $70 fee applies regardless of whether the cancellation is made by phone, text message, email, or another form of communication.

No-Show

If the passenger is not available for pickup at the scheduled location and the trip cannot be completed because the passenger is unavailable, the reservation may be treated as a no-show and the applicable cancellation/no-show fee may be charged.

Customer Acknowledgment

By booking transportation with Healthlink Services LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation policy. Customers are responsible for reviewing the cancellation terms at the time of booking.

Emergencies and Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur. Requests for exceptions to the cancellation fee will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
